Morning ride along the NCR trail from Cockysville up to the PA state line and back. Kind of tough because of the false flat all the way out.

Upped most weights by 5lb. Had to back off on the hammer curls the last two sets though.

Just decided to get some sort of cardio in. Couldn't run because my right foot still hurt from getting a 600lb palet of gear set on it at work.
