I had my surgery today on my knee. It seems to have went well. I'm going to meet with the doctor next week and he will tell me exactly what he did to it.
I should build to get back at it very soon I'm super excited to get back to running. I've got a long way to go to get back to where I was but I hope I can go much further I'll try to play it smart and take slow. I love my running friends
