Did a bit of testing.
Height - 177cm, Will Rigg is well small.
Vertical jump - 21.4 inches
5 squats max- 75kg (123% of body weight)
Went from the bar, 60, 70, 75. Had to bail on the 4th of 77.5kg as I tumbled to my right.
Quite enjoyed this.

Think its fair to say it was a bit blowy in the Pentlands today. Awesome run with Tim, Tam, Andy and Callum. Also think we made a good call not to go any higher at one point because we were being blown down the hill as we were contouring along anyway so might have been a bit dangerous. So weird being blown up a hill at the end. Got a bit nippy waiting for the bus but definitely worth it.

FwtN course at Dean Village but didn't do the long legs to make it into a sprint. Cool little area, felt like I was running into people's property at times, my planning could have been better in places.

FwtN on Whinny Hill
Did it as a mass start but was feeling a bit flat. Got sight of a chicken at 10 but couldn't see the control which was in a boulder so faffed around. Good course by Tammy with lots of route choice, nearly fell off a cliff with Tim to 15.
