On the Seat with Tim n Tam. Gave mfd a go as don't think i'll have many more runs on the Seat before I go home but it didn't pick up, the wall hit me too hard for a good time anyway. Last time I did mfd was February, haven't missed it much. Felt rough for the rest but nice and warm.
