~20km, 650m forgot to start watch a couple of times

Will lent me a mountain bike which was much appreciated. Wanged it around from the event and got some good views, very nice.

LOC middle at Roanhead
Lots of scrappiness and running was quite a struggle but was good fun. Hip seemed okay but didn't like all the ups and downs too much.

SSS, good stuff.

Had physio today, said it was my hip flexor not groin. Got some exercises to do and just need to build running back in slowly. Planning on doing the middle tomorrow but won't do the long.

Groin noticeable but not painful on the way there. Pretty much did most gym stuff, had to stop a couple of times. Felt worse after the session but seemed to ease away on the jog back.

Little go on the watt bike. Groin noticeable at first but went away, will have a few days off running until it feels a bit more normal, can feel it walking at the moment.
