Easy lap of the killing fields then to gym. Very nice but muscle next to shin was quite sore.

Took a little while to get used to but seemed to sweat quite a lot and both my shin and hip felt fine so stuck at it. Felly joined pretty soon after I started as well so wasn't too bad.

Easy, had Madara as company for most of it.

Muscle next to shin on left leg seems to have become quite sore, not especially worried about it but its a bit annoying.

Easy Meadows loop then to gym with Jack. Fairly grim weather but nice to do a little run. Hip fine when running but has been a little sore today occasionally. Also throat still quite sore.
