Hadn't noticed anything this morning then went to put my shoes and had a sharp pain in my left foot below the ankle when walking with the shoes on. Felt it yesterday at the start of the run but it eased off. Was quite concerned so called physio and managed to get an appointment at 2. Seems to be a bit of peroneus longus tendonitis which came on from the training camp, not too surprising. Anyway been told that xt is fine then maybe some running at the end of the week if it clears up, so all good really.

Bit weird without shoes on, possibly lost some of my rapid form from last semester. Also lost some sauna form.

Did everything apart from plyometrics. Foot seems to have gotten better throughout the day, managed to walk in Tam's fat walshes.
