National Road Relays at Livingston
Not feeling the best but a solid grind. Got caught and slowly dropped by two guys fairly early on but could see they weren't getting stupidly far away and I was making ground on another two guys. Caught one of them then was in a bit of limbo between two packs until near the end when another two guys popped up alongside me so gurned into the finish with them. Quite a horrible feeling when I checked the watch at ~5k expecting to be near the finish but luckily the second half was faster than the first.

Back home with Tim and Gregor. Nice bit of riverside woodlands to begin with then just a canal plod. Feeling alright really, helped by the tailwind, and the sunshine to finish was much appreciated too. Calf sore after about 100m but loosened off by the end.

From King's out to Craiglockhart, through Redford and up Allermuir, then back to the flat via Mortonhall, Kings and Cameron Toll. Nice route and always good to do something a little different. Chilly on Allermuir and not the nicest of headwinds going up, arms got cold.
