Nice loop in the Ranmore direction. We had some mini cheddars in the house and I remembered Mark Purky banging on about how good they were on a mountain marathon before, so took a pack along and treated myself at half way, not bad but water definitely needed. Towards the end of the run on Box, I bumped into a girl who was on my team at work in Edinburgh but she moved to London a few months ago, and was on a day trip to Box, so chatted to her for a bit, strange encounter.
