ride with Kez, and for the first hour Phil. Rode to Mt Kuringai for Phil's crit, then Bobbin Head and a bit extra. Hills and the high pace at the start cracked me by the end.

Ran hard, didnt have a watch though so just went for all the controls. maybe not exactly the best way but think it was pretty good. no mistakes or anything but was back just over 10min late. not sure how others did, but considering i got them all thought it was a good effort, especially first time i have pushed in quite a while. achilles felt alright, felt it a little.

12 hours at work is a long day and I get bored so I just had to go for another run.

Bit of a jog around Rookwood again but with 5 x 1 min efforts. To call it intervals would be stretching it
