| Pretty happy. Need I say more... did get a stitch 8 min in to a jog and was pretty tired after 10min, but that misses the point. I ran.
Started on the doctor prescribed anti-inflammatories yesterday. Up til then I had not taken any, partly a result of reading about inflammatory response and the good things that the protease calpain does (guess what I am measuring in the lab). but definitely decided that while acute inflammation is there for a good reason, chronic inflammation is not good. | ||
