very quickly settled into a cant be arsed mood. going to need to watch that

Note
In hindsight, I can see that my training has been geared to sprint and middle (at least physically) and I haven't done any real work for the long. No recent background in the legs to call on either, still, want to do better in the long.

Now I need a goal otherwise I'm going to waste this good start to getting back to a good running level again.
