Orienteering 25:00 [3]

Just ran the 1st loop of the long hageby as didn't want to overdo it and could feel my hip a little. Really just hung on but the first couple of bunches were easily running away from me. Thankfully they were making mistakes so I went through the loop at the back of the front group.

Orienteering race 16:00 [4]

Solid but not flat out run around the sprint course. It's navigationally straight forward when u back off the pace a bit.

Hip ok, felt it a little over the last few controls.

Orienteering race 36:00 [5]

Put in for this race, but ran like a goose and lost a bit of time on quite a few controls. It didn't start great and I was very hesitant, to the point of losing quite a bit of time on the first control, coming down across a spur... Made it feel like a long time since I've orienteered. Few other bad controls but some really good ones too, a fastest, 2nd and 5th fastest splits amongst them. Happy little comeback race given I can't really run yet. Felt physically super hard - not fit.

BR in the mud a bit. nice ride but was pretty funny when Lazy got another flat early in the ride. He has clearly upset the cycling gods somehow.

Then The Front. Bummer news on getting home, didnt get a job i was hoping for :(
