Feel bleu. Run went good though, just had a naggy nancy in my head. I feel exhausted and a little run down.

This was tough, didn't want to do it because I was so tired, and I have no idea why I'm so pooped out lately, been sleeping enough I though. Despite not wanting to do this at all, promised myself I can stop after one and just kept going and focused on each exercise, 100 m run, and tempo.

This was good, went a good pace and got told I'm a fast runner! :)

This was okay. I think the footing through me off, so finding the tempo was challenging and sticking to it was challenging.

Sooo tired again this morning, I've been sleeping lots but can't get enough apparently.The run was alright, was raging the whole time, but it was good. strength was okay, couldn't do 50 push ups in a row :( got to 45 and had to tap out.

Not feeling it today, no motivation. The first tempos felt slower than usual, not sure if it's because it's colder or me. AWU was alright, then got the hills done. It was super ice on the top half so the last 2 hills were very challenging. I think the hills went better than tempos, I tried my best and realy pushed everything I had. The last 5 min tempo was good, and CD lasted for what seemed forever.
