felt better near the end of the run, feeling a liitle heavy.

Thursday Oct 13 #

pre act, ass class, 10 min run, 10 min ellip, 10 min bike, 10 min circuit, 5 min run, hip mobility, drills, stridesx2 speed ladder, 1 stride, strength, rope, roll.

Despite having lots of rest, I wanted to go right back to bed when I woke up for practice. Tired, fatigued, and not too enthusiastic to be at practice this morning. Got the effort and work done despite feeling shitty.

little jog jog, feel so slothy and lethargic. Run a bit longer to shake things up tomorrow.

Wednesday Oct 12 #

pre act, 15 WU, 5 min at tempo, 2 min jog, 3, 2, 1 hard, 1 min recov between, 2 min recov jog, 5 min at tempo, CD to 57 min, push and sit, rope, roll.

Chilly run, felt so heavy while running. I felt like I couldn't breath and couldn't push my self physically, so tired overall. I pushed as hard as I can despite feeling like a wreck. Mildly disappointed with fitness overall.

Tuesday Oct 11 #

pre act, ass class, 6 min WU, drills, classic WO, DWR, hip mobility, drills, stridesx6, strength, rope, roll.

Went further in the swim today, drills felt sharp. I was a little distracted during the WO, I had to keep bringing myself back to focus. Felt pretty restless last night, I had a hard time staying asleep.
Trying to stay positive and get myself exhausted.
I'm thankful for espresso.

pre act, 15WU, 20 min of 4:15 steady, :45 surge, 15 CD, push and sit, rope, roll.

Negative mind set today, hard to shake off the self doubt. I'm scared to finish the season and not be satisfied with the work I put in and get the results I wanted.
I felt like I was putting my best effort in and worked harder than I thought I did, I was almost unable to go into CD.
Thankful for my team.

Was pretty tired and beat, sore from yesterdays deadly practice. Felt good to be out in centennial and shuniah though, thankful for these trails.
