pre act, 15 WU, AWU, 2x 1 km loop w 2 min rest, 3 min rest, 3x100m strides, 2x 1 km loop w 2 min rest, 3 min rest, 3x100m strides, 2x 1 km, 15 CD, push and sit, rope, roll.

Came in mentally shot, was super anxious to workout and scared to work hard. I had a hard time convincing myself I wanted to be there working hard on a Saturday morning. Got through it. I was a little pissed at the times, but it is what it is.

1 hr run in the centennial.

It was so gorgeous out, loved the centennial trails. Feeling tired and fatigued in the legs, excited for a down week.

Cross training 45:00 [3] 6.0 km (7:30 / km)

pre act, ass class, 10 mi run, 10 min bike, 10 min ellip, 10 min circuit, 5 min run, hip mobility, drills, stridesx2, speed ladder, stride, strength, rope, roll.

This was okay, hard staying focused, feeling tired and fatigued.

pre act, 15 WU, 4x1 min hard 1 min easy, 2 min jog, 15 min tempo, 2 min jog, 4x1 min hard 1 min easy, 15 CD, push and sit, rope, roll,.


This was good, felt a little heavy and tired in the legs but speed was decently fast. Legs fatigued but pushed to make sure my I was pushing the tempo line. The 1 hard 1 easy focused on having good form and to feel some lactic.

Tuesday Nov 8, 2016 #

Pool workout 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

pre act, ass class, 6 min WU swim, classic WO, DWR, hip mobility, drills, stridesx5, strength, rope, roll.

This was good. HR wad the highest it's been all year (29, usually between 23-25), which I thought was weird. Hips were so sore, especially in A-drills and the running A-s. Recovered quickly.

running on the ole trails of centennial. Feeling happy we live in such a pretty area and nice trails to explore. Go T-bay!

Monday Nov 7, 2016 #

pre act, 15 WU, 20 min at tempo 2min jog 10 min of 1:45 steady :15 surge, 16 min CD with 3 hill surges, push and sit, rope, roll.

This was good, I felt like I was rolling, left leg is sore from knee up and in the hamstring. Just tight and hard to stretch/roll out. Pushing is uncomfortable but the breathing was good, I think physically need to catch up with the cardio system.

pre act, ass class, lungesx4, run, 30x HOH drills, hip mobility, strength, rope, roll.

This was alright, slow at first, started moving faster near the end. Hips and knees tired and sore.
