pre act, ass class, 6 min WU swim, drills, 3x3 70 seconds, DWR, hip mobility, drills, strides, strength, rope, roll.

This was okay, feeling tired/fatigued.

pre act, 15 WU, 15 min of 3:30 steady, :30 surge, 15 CD, push and sit, rope, roll.


This was good effort wise, steadied and surged.

pre act, 8x lunges, 75 min long run, 20 HOH drills, hip mobility, strength, rope, roll.

This was good, but tough. Knees sore from yesterday on the track. Happy to run with Kayla and Maxie, love the company.
