pre act, 15 WU, 2X 5x 1 min hill, with jog down between and walk down, 5 min CD.
Had to rush the workout, as I was with the throw coach for most of the morning session at the track and we only had the morning at the track and the track was the only place with a hill. Feeling sluggish and slow still, it's hard getting through the warm up. I feel pretty crappy physically.. a bit mentally too. Been a rough year and I still have a lot of shit going on with family, friends, and myself. Not using that as an excuse, but it is life and it's draining from my extra curricular activities, like running, which sucks. Sorry if I'm not all there teammates and coach.
pre act, lungesx4, 50 min run, 20HOH drills, hip mobility, strength, rope, roll.
Hurting today quite a bit, knees are so sore for whatever reason. felt so heavy (which i am) and slow. Beautiful run though, focused on the scenery instead of the annoying pain and fatigue. Goal was for a long run, but 15 min in I felt so shitty.
Not sure if I'm sick, low of energy, or low iron, something feels off.

Ouch, this hurt. First 10 minutes were great then I thought I was going to die, and that went on for the whole workout. I'm impressed I even started the workout. Worked with someone throughout the workout and he kept pushing me to continue running.
