Running 1:30:00 [3] 15.0 km (6:00 / km)

pre act, 15 WU, 10 min tempo, AWU, 4x5x200m at 3km race pace, 100m recovery jog, 200m between sets, last one in spikes, 15 CD barefoot, push and sit, ER.

All 200s were about 49-50, recovery anywhere between 35-60 seconds.
The WU was alright and tempo, after AWU I was pretty tired feeling. I felt some pressure in my pelvis but didn't care, kind of always felt it. The 200s sucked, I was so slow. The last set was alright and went a lot quicker with the spikes. I blame the christmas weight and heavy shoes, I should have drank less and worn flats. I finished feeling pretty fatigued and sore. I sat on the toilet for a while because I was stuck and it really hurt to get up. My butt hurt extremely and so much pressure in the pelvis. I did cool down as a hunched over hobble. Once actually done the workout pain really set in and my whole butt and pelvis was jostled up. After math of falling the previous Friday.
