Elliptical 1:03:00 [3] 8.0 km (7:53 / km)

pre act, 18 min WU loop, 30 min of 1, 2, 1 on the ellip with 15 CD, push and sit, rope, roll.

This was okay, Felt good to run, she's slick out. The 1, 2, 1 I got after and had some fun pushing myself. Butts not feeling too bad after the run, just tired after the ellip.

so tired from clinical but did a run.

some time of the elliptical after clinical. Felt like shit.

Wednesday Jan 25, 2017 #

Cross training 1:05:00 [3] 8.5 km (7:39 / km)

pre act, 15 wu run, 5 min tempo, ellip for 45 min, 30 min of 1:45 steady :15 surge, 15 cd, push and sit, rope roll.

The elliptical was good, had good effort going all the way through and made the last 10 minutes my best. the run was okay, struggled to warm up, and do tempo, i could feel my bum being jostled around. My hips are hurting too. I felt pressure in the pelvis again when I was doing tempo.

Tuesday Jan 24, 2017 #

Pool workout 45:00 [3] 4.5 km (10:00 / km)

pre act, ass class, 6 min WU swim, drills, runnning As 3x3x70 seconds, DWR, hip mobility, drills, Med ball, strength, rope, roll.

This was kind of crappy, the B drills and Running A's were really irritating the tail bone, I think it's the hip movement of pulling up too far, because normal A's are fine, it was the pressure from snapping the heels down, and the separating thighs part that really irritated everything and made it hurt.

Elliptical 30:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

still sore from this morning and did an easy 30 min ellip just for the sake of it.

Monday Jan 23, 2017 #

Elliptical 1:05:00 [3] 8.0 km (8:08 / km)

18 min wu run, 3x6 tempo, 2 race pace, and 1 hard minutes on the ellip with 2 minutes between then a 15 cd on the ellip, push and sit, rope, roll.

It felt amazing to run, was hard to keep up with maxie though, I think I did a respectable WU loop though. The stuff on the ellip felt good, progressed effort as I went and definitely felt gassed by the last one.
