This was good. Must say I felt pretty dizzy after the workout tho. First exertion/ workout since my time off. Still feeling strong just heavy and breathing was a bit more out of control than usual. The third surge seemed to really wipe me out and I fell back from kayla a bit. Finished strong. Worked hard. The Running A's were pretty tough. Not really during but it really would hit me about 3 seconds after I finished. Must run more relaxed. Glad to be back doing workouts :)
