This was great. Don't know what else I could have done today. Was super focused pretty much the entire time. Legs were pretty slow to start but warmed up over time and started to roll at about the 3rd set. Played with that line a lot and found that my lungs could handle going pretty quick but my legs were feeling almost too sore to do so. The CD was tough as expected.
