Good workout! Was worried about my hamstring and it was feeling sore today but I think as soon as the workout started I put that aside and pushed. My hips were very stiff but went for it and didn't look back. Hammy was pretty sore during the cool down but I'm happy I was able to basically ignore it during the wo.
