This was great! Bikes are super awesome and got a really good sweat on. Breathing pretty heavy and got heart rate up!

This was beautiful. Never done yoga in this setting. Very peaceful. And a lot of new balancing poses I haven't tried before.

This was good. Got the lungs pumping and had to play with the treadmill a bit to get right effort. Focused on staying strong and good turn over. Sweating buckets and in air conditioned gym! Too hot to do outside. Had fun.

This was fun. Started out with some intense Zumba warm up. Different instructor today. All the instructors are very intense and fit here and have so much impressive energy.
