Good wo! Only 3 of us in class today! Not sure why we bothered adjusting our seats because she had us standing up for most of the class lol! Good variation and intensity. Going to miss our instructor Emma<3

50 min Pilates Class

This was fun! Never done Pilates before, was different than I expected. Lots of core and Glute Stuff and dancer type motions. Great strength workout for sure and finished with some yoga. Ate breakfast just before so felt a bit queasy lol. Would like to do this again tho! Now off to the beach for the day! :D

This was good. Did this on the Tread and progressed again to about a 4:45 pace in the last 10 mins. Feeling good but a bit sore from all the different classes this week. That's a wrap on our last day in Mexico!
