This was great! Hilary was the instructor so she took a lot of the structure she knew from running workouts and applied them to this workout! A great combination of sprints, longer intervals and Tempo! She even yelled "Tempo effort is as fast as you can go with your breathing just in control!" Haha I guess that one really sticks with you forever :)
