I thought this was great! Mentally great and physically getting there! Especially the 400m and 300m. In my heart I kinda wanted to run under 30s for the 200m's but I'm not sure if that makes sense or not for this workout. Went out harder than what was comfortable with the goal of trying to maintain it and then just told myself to hold on and that I was only going to get that much fitter because of it. The last 200m was the hardest for me just because it was where my body wanted to start falling apart and not be strong anymore but I forced it to keep pushing through that and I believe I did all I could with it. Emptied the tank and then about 2 mins after the workout ended I started to feel that lactic pain in my hamstrings...kinda waddled around like a dying whale for a bit on the turf lol forgot how that feeling felt..youchers! Today was fun! Oh ya and it was raining the whole workout!

Great Circuit today! Did it with Freezer by my side and I felt like I really got a lot out of it. Feeling very tired of course but got in some great work! Breathing pretty hard today. Crushed the bike. And progressed the run at the end. Body so fatigued the rest of the day! Had to zoom off to work right after this!

Decent session today. Body feeling a lot of fatigue and I was feeling a bit whinny overall lol, but got in some good stuff for sure. My pull-ups are really coming along. Went to LU afterwards to get in the recovery stuff. Great day! Gonna sleep tonight that's for sure.

This was pretty good. Again started out pretty fast. Probably too fast for 800m RP but I feel I get more out of the w/o when I try to maintain it when it starts to get really hard. Had some 24 mid's for the first set then mostly 25 lows for the rest and then finishing with some 24's in the spiked third set with a final 23.5 to top it off. Body felt more tired than usual for a Wednesday. Still recovering from the Beyonce concert on Monday I think. Nice to be having consistent 800m workouts over the weeks tho! Not sure I remember the last time I was able to do this many 800m Workouts! Loving it! Body starting to get used to running that pace again and not just feeling like it's having to go 100%. Feeling strong :)

Today's the day we finally got to see Beyonce! Woo Hoo! She was epic! We did this from our hotel in Duluth the morning of the concert. We did this on the skyline road which is pretty much at the top of the city. The warm up was tough and slow and uphill the whole time. Once we got onto the skyline road tho it flattened out a bit and the workout quality was good running. Breathing hard today...altitude? Had stomach issues near the end of the workout so had to run into a bush just as the workout ended before going into CD. Hehe. Fun times with friends :)

This was so good! But my legs and body are soo sore from yesterday's workout! Like haven't had this kind of sore in a long time! It was really tough to go for the first 20 mins because of this discomfort but then the legs started to feel a bit better the second half. Still was going as quick as I usually go tho based on where I was at for time when I ended my loop. JD was really dragging me along today and Hannah was just gone lol. Got in good hills and even conquered the mother despite my pain. Good quality! Ready now for a little Beyonce vaca :)
