This was alright. First 4km was smooth and floaty for the most part. Body was feeling good to go. The last little bit of it was a struggle which makes me think I went out a bit harder than I should have. Then the 2nd 4km basically from the get go was a challenge and it was about pushing with what I had left but I was feeling fairly slow and form had broken a bit. Got pretty vocal from the middle to the end as well. I think I've just gotten so used to running through a forest where no one can see/ hear me so that transitioned into the hangar today lol. Not sure why that has to happen. It would be nice to work on not having that happen. Just ends up making me feel a bit silly afterwards. But overall a very big challenge mentally for me. Found it a struggle to not think about laps and just run. Thought the effort was decent tho regardless but just would have liked to have accessed some better wheels at the end. Found it very difficult to keep going the last 2k based on leg fatigue. Aerobic system is good. Feeling very drained from this. Found P & S a real struggle so decided to save weights for a different day. Also noticed that this may be the most running I've ever done in a workout so I'm proud of myself for that.

Nice hot yoga session on a cold snowy day. Did this with ol' Soc-Doc. Old lady stretch sessions rock! My upper body is so sore from the Pull-up thingies I did yesterday with Paul. Feeling relaxed and tired.

This went well. Focused and determined to get in some good work today while tired. Had a small swig of coffee before hand and was amazed at how much more awake and alert it made me feel. Not sure how I feel about it..felt kinda like cheating or something lol. Run was quick. Rowed past 2200 today. Elip was really good. Kept above my comfort level the whole time. Focused on good running form the last circuit portion and 5 mins. Trying out running hard while not having it look like I'm doing so. It's tough!

Thought this went decent today. A little nervous for the 400's but I think I ended up giving them the proper effort. Thought the second set was a lot better once I kinda knew what to expect. Found the last 2 400's very challenging and feel as though I ended up working harder than a wednesday effort today. Not a ton of lactic acid tho unfortunately. The full loops were also tough and I found my breathing to be right out of control from the get go. Really ran in the moment today tho. Proud of my mental toughness and ability to buckle down and focus on each section of this. I had fun :)

This was meh. Body was feeling pretty weak today and also mentally just wasn't as engaged as I should have been this morning. The focus on the workout was pretty good, just noticed that my energy and desire wasn't where it usually is for the other stuff. Need to remember to keep upper body relaxed on drills from now on. This may be my ultimate key to running faster.

I thought this was just okay. I think my focus was good and I put in the appropriate effort for a Monday workout but just didn't seem as though I was going as fast as I usually could go for a Fartlek. Attacking mode wasn't up to par. Honestly I usually focus on crushing each minute but today was more progressive and didn't feel as crazy spent after each interval as I usually would. For sure still feeling remnants from that workout we did Saturday. General feeling of weakness and leg heaviness today.

This was alright. It was engaged and I got in some good hills but I noticed I just wasn't going very fast and the body felt weak from the start and that never really let up. Found it very tough to go 70 mins today. Legs are just drained. Felt like I did this right after the workout we did yesterday. Really broke down the body yesterday and it has yet to recover. I'm feeling satisfied with that tho. :) hehe
