This went well. Run was decent. Got after in on the cross training. Legs are pretty sore. Last 5 mins was a decent progressive. Pretty gassed by the end. Happy with the effort & focus I put in today.

This was good! Especially the Brazillian Running! The fastest I've ever run them! Yay! The effort was high but much more efficient than it has ever felt. Just thought about running. It was tough but not suffocatingly tough as they have felt in the past. Breathing would gain some control back during the exercises rather than feeling as if there was no recovery. Mentally handled them well and just ran. First tempo loop was okay. Tempo loop at the end was pretty much a struggle from the start and the legs never really got going even though I was focused on making that happen. Breathing was over what tempo should be. Cool down was a struggle as well. Overall very happy with my Brazillian's tho! Surprised myself! :):)

This was good. Got after in in the pool and it felt pretty tough overall today. The water felt more dense than usual after not doing a pool workout for 2 weeks. Swim seemed to be really good. Breathing pretty hard. HR = 32 Strides were tough as well. Nice to get in some good work this morning.

This was good. Must say I felt pretty dizzy after the workout tho. First exertion/ workout since my time off. Still feeling strong just heavy and breathing was a bit more out of control than usual. The third surge seemed to really wipe me out and I fell back from kayla a bit. Finished strong. Worked hard. The Running A's were pretty tough. Not really during but it really would hit me about 3 seconds after I finished. Must run more relaxed. Glad to be back doing workouts :)

This was decent. Did this with the recruits from Boulevard. Trails were decent in most spots. Legs started to get tired and heavy around 30 mins. Nice to be working my way back into running regularly again. Pretty exhausted from the weekend with the recruits. Had a really fun time tho!
