This was kinda awful! Body felt so weak and slow. So tough to even finish. Still feeling the illness. When I finished I had a coughing/heaving attack that left fellow gym mates worried. Strides started to wake up again but strength was really tough. Not 100% yet , especially in terms of working out ready.

Felt good enough to try out the legs today plus the legs are feeling antsy. Progressed the running speed but was overall pretty easy running. Coughing a bit afterwards.

Headache was awful again last night. Throat is so sore. Ears feel so much pressure. Didn't go to pool. Slept and stayed in bed most of the day. :(

This was rough based on how my body was feeling but put in some good effort. Especially the last 2 and 1. It was very difficult to go right in to CD. Strong running. Coughing up and choking on mucus for most of it.

Not feeling well today so I opted out of long run. Throat has been feeling really sore and I was coughing most of the night. Thought I would feel better in the afternoon but that wasn't the case. Stayed in bed most of the day. Feeling like I could sleep forever.
