This was decent. The 200's were strong and cruisy while being fast. I think it's the best I've ever done with being fast while being super relaxed. Found the 2mins to be almost too much recovery. So I attempted to go harder the second set. Found myself to only really maintain what I did the first set tho. Only really started to feel the lactic during the last 2. Hope I did this right. Found it hard but not as hard as the 300 wo I did last week. Maybe just fitter too? The 150's however I found to be more difficult than the 100's I did last week. Fairly smooth but not as effortless as last week. Think I'm finally starting to get used to running track workouts this early.
