This was a good run. Legs are feeling antsy and fresh. Wanted to go fast. Nice to have the girls there but they were feeling sore since they actually did a decent workout yesterday. Left hammy still a bit off. This type of running doesn't seem to bother it tho. Just want to do a workout!
