Great workout with Paige today. Got after it especially on the last 3. Did my best to stay with her but she would slip away at about 500m in. Started to shuffle a bit during the middle section of the last one. Got it back during the last straight but need to access it sooner. Overall improving.

Beauty run with Paige and Connor today through some random parts of trowbridge. Legs are tired from hills yesterday which is great. Wasn't feeling too good at the end so did minimal stuff afterwards and called it a day.

This was good. Went out at a brisk pace and found it tough to hold on. I think I settled in the middle a bit which ended up helping me recover a bit to end with a good 300m kick. Need to push the middle more and believe that there is more but I am happy with my mental game today. This was a tough one on my own. Had fun with the guys today.
