This was pretty good. Effort was there. Just ended up in no mans land in the middle so only had myself to push myself. Need there to be people there to pick off. Ended up dodging puddles too so probably should have just ran through them to get a better time. Still found a kick at the end so I know I didn't completely run myself into the ground today. It will come.

This was alright. I just didn't feel like my attacking abilities were as great as they could have been today but I still found myself super exhausted during the easy parts. I need to be able to push the easy parts a bit harder while holding back a bit more on the hard parts. Above all I was able to get a lot out of today's workout. Tough to go right into CD for both Ben and I.

This was good. Best running at the end. Legs feeling super tired and sore today. We meant to go back to the hangar but it was closed so we got in a great strength session at home in my basement. So rainy today but it was refreshing.
