This was alright. I just didn't feel like my attacking abilities were as great as they could have been today but I still found myself super exhausted during the easy parts. I need to be able to push the easy parts a bit harder while holding back a bit more on the hard parts. Above all I was able to get a lot out of today's workout. Tough to go right into CD for both Ben and I.
