This was great today. Finally feeling rejuvenated after a long tiring week. Kept it fairly steady for the first two half loops and the times were fairly consistent even though I increased the effort. Then I put my spikes on for the last one and I felt like a whole different beast. Running felt super easy suddenly and I was cruising effortlessly while running fast. It got pretty hard about half way but I knew I needed to finish strong and hold myself together in order to have a great workout. Finished strong and was pleasantly surprised to see the time I ran on my watch. Got a bit of a blister from the spikes but not too bad and it was worth it. Will wear different spikes for when I actually race just didn't want to ruin my good ones on the LPH trails. Was only hands on knees by the end so there is still more there and I think my body is getting used to doing more volume than I did today. Happy and excited about how this workout went. Can't wait for the next upcoming week of training.

This was good once I got going. Motivation wasn't great going in. I always feel bad when I have to miss pool even though it's because I wasn't feeling good. So that may have played a part in my low eagerness. Just feel less productive not having done it. The run was fairly cruisy and time seemed to fly. Best running at the end. Body was feeling soo tired over night and I had a headache. Think it must have been the lack of sleep at training camp that finally caught up to me. Was a bit blah today at work. Feeling better in the evening.

This was decent. I got a lot out of it and effort was high. I would just say that for next time in order to stay with the group longer I should hold back a bit on the surges so that the steadies are not as weak. The surges really beat me down today. Noticed that my upper body became really tight after this workout and leading into the next day.

This was okay. Kinda sluggish. I got home from work and passed the heck out. My sleep is all screwed up from not sleeping at training camp due to my uncomfortable child's sleeping bag I had to use lol. Got up and got er done tho. But it wasn't pretty today. No rose gardens to be found.

This was great. Don't know what else I could have done today. Was super focused pretty much the entire time. Legs were pretty slow to start but warmed up over time and started to roll at about the 3rd set. Played with that line a lot and found that my lungs could handle going pretty quick but my legs were feeling almost too sore to do so. The CD was tough as expected.

Good long run today. Didn't feel as awful as long run usually does at training camp. I think it might be because I usually push it? But today I did proper effort instead lol. Best running at the end.
