This was fun! Didn't think too much about it and just had fun with it and went out and ran. Feel pretty good about it. Made sure I took advantage of the down hills and really let the legs go. Worked hard in the middle and on the last uphill. Apparently my breathing was very crazy according to some old guy who afterwards asked if he could talk to my coach about it lol. Anyways I was happy with how I ran tough in the middle. Focused on bringing my focus back to pushing it when I would zone out slightly. Finished hands on knees but I think I kinda just fought to stay only hands on knees at the end because I didn't want to scare any of the volunteers who were already concerned about the fact that I was hands on knees. Happy with my run...but probably could have gotten to some extra wheels had there been more people to push me.

Good weight session. Headed to the gym right after lunch to get this in. Weights do so much for me. Already feeling the benefits of the session I did on Thursday. Really good glut strengthening stuff today.

This was good. Did this with Hailee. Kind of annoying in the woods having to dodge all the trees that had been weighted down by the snow and ice. We had finally had enough and took to the road for the last 20mins of our run. Even ended up going about 3mins OT. Still feeling a bit sore and tired from the week. But I've been getting to bed really early and sleeping well. Brazillian season tends to cause that I guess. Excited for the race tomorrow!

Did this with Poppy. Might have been the longest 20 min run I've ever done. Just wanted to be done and didn't really want to run today. Body just feels like it needs recovery and was having trouble running. Very tired today.

This was decent. Got up with the girls and got this done at regular time today. Got in the appropriate off day effort. Stayed steady on the elip and bike. But made sure I felt a good burn on the bike and got nice and sweaty. Feeling nice and sore and tired from the brazillians. I think I felt more sore after this than I did before. Good strength as well.

Picked up the Popper and went for a nice easy off day at the Cascades. I found the footing to be quite challenging today. I was moving fairly slow but still feel I got some good stuff out of it. Really beautiful out. Body feeling very sore and tired. Nice to be experiencing that feeling again.

This was decent. Tempo was relaxed and efficient. Footing wasn't great but the time still ended up being pretty good. Focused on each step today. I feel it was a good starting point for the Brazillians today but I know that there is still more to access. I have been much more emptied in the past than I was today at the end. Next week I am going to focus on pushing on my limit for each run especially in the last 2 sets. It is nice we don't have to time so we can just focus on effort.

Note to self: Do not think or worry about where I am in the pack...just run my own brazillian and work on pushing against my own limit.

This was a good workout. Worked hard from early on and practiced rigging. Need to get more comfortable with rigging and believing there in more there early on. Kinda felt rushed through the stuff at the end in order to get to the soccer game but it was still pretty decent.

This was good. Did this after our team brunch we had after pool which ended up lasting about 5 hours lol. Good times and fun eats. Legs and body feeling pretty tired but got er done and some of the girls were able to join me as well after their elip session.

This was meh. First half was good and focused then I kinda got caught up in thinking and worrying that I wasn't running fast. I know tempo is an effort but what does it mean when everyone is running tempo and you are usually in the middle of the pack but today you are at the back? Whatever I can't let it get to me...first workout back. Good strength afterwards.
