Really good class. Got super sweaty today! Must be all the tea I've been drinking hehe. Not sore really at all but I was a little stiff so the stretch was needed. Other than that I really have just been taking it easy this off week, not really feeling like doing much but resting. My clinical and running season ended in basically the same two days so I've been cut off cold turkey from everything, trying to figure out what to do with my time haha
