This went well. Progressed on the harder part. Legs felt heavy at first but they seemed to feel better and better as the run went on. Feeling strong. Ran up tall and in control. FInished hands on knees.

Beauty run @ Gratton. Took in way easy yesterday because appareantly I was just zonked! Had about 3 naps yesterday and then slept from about 11pm last night to about 9:30am this morning. Couldn't seem to stay awake no matter what I did so I took yesterday as a rest day. Did a little extra than I would have usually done today in order to make up for the strange day I had yesterday.

Great class. Really Sweaty. Definitely got stronger today and practiced being competitive with the people around me. This afternoon's run should be a nice challenge after this. Feeling good but tired for sure. Last day of the 3 day challenge...I can do ittttt!

This was good. Body felt very tired going in but I did a good job of sucking it up and getting after it on the 1 minute intervals. Felt strong but maybe a bit slow and tired. Got better today.

This was good. We took it pretty easy thankfully ahah. Good combination of balance and stretching for the upper and lower body. And great meditation at the end. That wraps up the 3 day challenge! Had lots of fun! Would definitely like to do more of the TRX and Spin!

Good pool workout today. Nice to get the intensity in. Focused on arms. Good stuff afterwards as well. Fun competing with the girls during strides.

Really good class. A real change from the hot sweaty stuff I usually do. Worked on core engagement basically the whole class and learned new tips and tricks on how to do so. And good meditations at the end.

Good Run. Sore and stiff at first. Nice to have Paige join me for a bit of it. Things loosened up by the end. This run was definitely a good patience developer as there was a bunch of tiny soccer players that I kept tripping over. I feel like they probably hit me with the ball more than they got it in the net hehe.

This was good. Decided to try out the 3 Day Free Pass that Movati offers! A lot of awkward exercises that I had trouble doing in this. Really worked the obliques today! Fun trying new things :)

This was really good. I feel like I went a bit harder than I was supposed to but Kayla and Bekks were just flying and I wanted to try to hang on to them. Breathing got out of control for the second half. Strong running tho. Focused on relaxing. Might have been a Loop PB? But I would have to check.
