Did a little exploration of the resort with Kayla as soon as we got there and after a stressful morning getting to Mexico. We had a bit of a phiasco?? where we accidentally locked our bag in the rental car at 4am with no soles in sight to help us so we almost missed the flight! Eek! But thankfully CAA saved the day! And we made it just in time. We were very tired and out of it during this!

Awesome class! Worked so many things and especially got some great hamstring and Glute strength! The instructor was so awesome and fit and cool and super motivating! The gym at this resort is amazing from what I've seen so far!

Good run today. Started more conservatively today than we did the first time I ran it with bekk's and Kayla this year. Really picked it up after John and I got dropped but effort and strength was there. Very composed towards the end and minimal head lashing so I'm happy. Ran right to yoga as soon as I finished.

Nice workout today. A bit stiff and sore through the glute region but still felt strong. Focused on making the tempo as difficult as possible for tempo and then forcing myself to stay relaxed and smooth. It was tough. Had fun out there! Beauty Day. Happy to be back at er with the weights as well :)

Fun Run today! with Beeman and the Boys. Caught up with the boys again coming somewhere into Centennial. We went to the gravel piles and I fell in the deep snow and cut my ankle pretty bad. Ouch! Didn't realize how much it hurt until I stopped running tho. Nice chats with D-Man on the way back:) went longer than I intended to but I'm okay with that.
