This was fun! Never done Pilates before, was different than I expected. Lots of core and Glute Stuff and dancer type motions. Great strength workout for sure and finished with some yoga. Ate breakfast just before so felt a bit queasy lol. Would like to do this again tho! Now off to the beach for the day! :D

This was good. Did this on the Tread and progressed again to about a 4:45 pace in the last 10 mins. Feeling good but a bit sore from all the different classes this week. That's a wrap on our last day in Mexico!

This was fun. Got on the Treadmill and progressed from 5:30/km to 4:20/km over the 50 mins. Added 2 hills in for 4mins each. Really sweaty. Feeling good but bloated from all those papayas! Hehe

This was awesome! One of the toughest and best TRX classes I've ever done! A new instructor today and he was great! So much really tough core today and glute stuff I think I need to do this all the time. Looked around and noticed half the class had given up at times ahah. Getting better at activation especially in the hamstrings and core:)

This was interesting. Learned how to do something new and got my butt kicked by Kayla lol. Lots of random strength exercises and running between punching and kicking! Not sure if this was really my thing but had fun :)

This was beautiful. Never done yoga in this setting. Very peaceful. And a lot of new balancing poses I haven't tried before.

This was good. Got the lungs pumping and had to play with the treadmill a bit to get right effort. Focused on staying strong and good turn over. Sweating buckets and in air conditioned gym! Too hot to do outside. Had fun.
