This was a lot of fun today. Got to work with Beeman for her first outdoor track workout ever while being on this team. She joined me for my last 300m's of each 400m. The 8 laps felt really easy and smooth probably could have done them a bit faster. The 5k 400m's were decent and pretty easy as well except for my last 2. I tried to get in with Dylan and Bekk's when I could. The 3k 400's felt tough. I felt I was increasing the effort quite a bit for each one but I wasn't getting faster like I wanted. The last 3 I just focused on attacking. This went alright. Don't know how I could have gone much faster. Beeman was giving me a good push. Legs were burning but I think they are just getting used to going at those speeds again. Nice to get the spikes on. Finished gasping for air today. Fun to see everyone really getting into it today and I found it super motivating :) especially after a long morning of waiting around for the snow to melt.

Fun run with Beeman. Still didn't sleep well despite being able to have a bit more time to work with this morning. Once Beeman and I got going it definitely was not as grindy as those shake-outs we have been doing. Super windy up by the mine but we had some great Bee-maxie time :)

Almost 3 hour Hike up to Black Elk Peak and Back

Fun hike with the team but I felt super drained to be honest. Very windy and a lot colder than it was last time. Perfect length for a hike on a day like today. Enjoyed myself :)

This was decent but a bit rough today. Bopped the first mile then slowly progressed but I didn't feel my strongest today in the last 2 miles. Body feels tired and my mind felt a bit dizzy. Pushed and increased the effort but was also thinking about the fact that I was so far behind the others. Finished hands on knees. Dizzy during strength.

This was rough today. Felt super exhausted and out of it before but luckily I had the girls to push me through it. Those hills at altitude when you are feeling like this are tough! Lay on the floor for a while after this before starting my stretches. Trying to hold it together here. I think today has been my roughest day it terms of fatigue.

Good run through the single track trails. Surprisingly feeling pretty good today. Ran with Paige for most of it and we were having a great time chatting. Time flew by. Felt super stiff on the strides afterwards and my knee is popping again super annoying. Good strength X. Having lots of fun on this trip and I don't want it to end. Definitely not getting enough sleep tho.

This was a lot of fun! Progressed into it. Worked on really pushing the easy stuff as it was a big part of the workout. This made it very difficult to attack the hard parts. Legs were burning by the end. What a great workout! Beauty day.

Grindy run through the Badlands with the girls. Super slippy to start so we restarted our watches about 7 mins in. Got into some better trails and fell behind a bit. Ran with Paige in the end. The badlands are beautiful but today's footing was challenging. Left hammy a bit tight and popping during strides again.

Tough one out there today. Started out with the girls then bekk's took off to run with the boys. Something inside me wanted to stick with her to make it extra grindy so I gradually made my way up to her and the boys. I think this wore me out for the rest of the run because when 45mins hit I was really starting to feel it and got dropped really hard. Grinded on my own from 45-70 then met up with Kip and Paige and felt so out of it. Felt drunk by the end. Fun times!
