Fun to get out with the gang this morning. When we started running my body felt really tired and dead heavy. The first hard loop I still felt tired. It warmed me into the run a bit more by the 2nd long loop. Then I got going a bit better and told myself that I needed to grind. Worked well with Paige the 2nd hard loop. Focused a bit too heavily on the grind and not enough on the smooth but got redirected by Kip's words to stay smooth and that got me back to being a bit more efficient. Then the last lap was a bit more uncomfortable than I would have gone but that's good and glad to have Paige drag me through it. Good focus on the strength today too.

Did a bit if a shake out of the legs late this evening. Snuck into the outdoor track because I wanted to do BF while also enjoying the outdoors. It was quiet, and dark with warm erie feeling. Pretty nice tho.

Slept much longer and better last night and had a rest after work before the run which seemed to do me a lot of good. It was a fun time to run and really nice out. Ran from the hangar w Dylan! And we did the Belrose loop. Super fun chats and story tellings :)

....happened until I finally reached my car at the end of Gratton lol

Slept so so poorly last night I was so hot. Alternated between my own bed and then going downstairs to Louis' bed(I hope that's okay Louis lol) because at least it was somewhat cool down there...but not as comfortable so finally came back up to my bed at 3:30am and fell asleep in my room which was kinda cool at that point. Alarm went off at 5:30 and it was a bit of a fml moment lol. When I got home from work i layed down for a bit questioning existence and what the heck happened today. Got my running clothes on and went to Gratton. Got the legs swinging and just started running. Started to get super tired about 30mins and just dragging. Then the end was a bit of a fight of stop start stop start until finally my car was only about 60m's away so I stopped lol and walked the rest of the way....sat in my car just staring out the window for about 10 mins lol then drove home. What a mess I was today.

Paige took me on a wild goose chase through Centennial this evening. Really enjoyed the chats and the beautiful sunshine. Didn't realize how long I had been running for until 76 mins in lol. Felt heavy at first but things got rolling nicely near the end.

Good workout today. Pushed when it got tough. Choked on a big bug at about 13 mins into the wo which threw me off a bit especially in the toughest part of the workout. A bit of a slap in the face today but I'll get back into the groove of things soon. Very heavy in the legs and tough CD. Got better and enjoyed spending time with the girls <3

Ran through Centennial this evening. It was quite the shuffle near the end. The body is tired. I think the small break did help energize me a bit after work. Chatting with Paige and Rebekkah about all their camping and running adventures over the weekend and getting in a bit of a bite to eat. And that's a 7 day streak of running for moi :)
