Nice run through Centennial after work. Felt pretty tired 45mins in but got through the rest by zoning out. Enjoyed lots of hills. Breathing pretty heavily through the heat. Loving this mid summer heat :)

Got in some mileage after work. Pretty dizzy but legs were rolling better at the end. Wanted to go later in the evening again after I woke up but didn't end up waking up until 9pm w very low energy/nausea.

Good racing and running out there today! I was impressed with my mental toughness and abilities to push when things got hard especially in the middle. Can still feel I haven't lost my strength for the later parts of the race too! This summer job has been really tough for me most days but I really do believe that any physical fitness it may have taken away has been replaced by mental toughness and my abilities to grind ahah

This was fun! The heat and the sun hit me hard today especially by the time I got to cool down I was feeling very dehydrated. The legs are feeling like they are getting a bit more used to workouts again. Went pretty strong and hard on each hard minute. I think for next time take a small log off the hard and add it to the easy minutes in between and that would have been better. Got lots out of today tho :) hammy a bit sore at the end but nothing I can't manage.

Nice run this afternoon on my own. Did some good hills. Still feeling pretty blah and flat in terms of energy. But the legs are starting to get into the groove of things again. Didn't feel too heavy today.
