Fun run today with the gang. Got 3rd place for the first 2 hills. Then Bekk's destroyed me on the 3rd hill. Juice was lacking on the 3rd hill. Tough but got better. About a tempo effort for the first hour running with the bucks and Bekk's. And enjoyed getting to know Parker today as well :)
