Better workout than Monday's but still not great - felt dead halfway through this and fell apart the last 4-5min. 30/30 stuff was solid but wish I finished the loop faster...wind really slowed things down along the police station.

Tough one! Was a grind fest after the 3rd interval. First 3 were on point but then everything got super hard - legs weren't very rusty but the lungs and aerobic system sure were.
