Not a great one - don't know what happened, but I was exhausted waking up this morning, it hurt to keep my eyes open. Legs were heavy on the running A's and felt like I was putting them in the hurt locker but my HR was only 21...not sure what's up.

Feeling decent - not as good as I would hope, stretch afterwards helped a lot.

-2x20 Hops + 2x20 SLR, PS, BDS, SK8
-push and sit
-roll, stretch

Good first half of the workout, then felt like I ran out of gas and was moving nowhere on the recoveries. Felt really dehydrated as well.

Good run - about average, but was running out of gas the last 10min, fatigue from yesterday's workout was definitely a factor.
