Pretty disappointed with this race. Went out well, was in 2-3rd after the bell, perfect positioning then let everyone go by me and on the back stretch started rolling again but then realized I had already given up 20m....lack of focus for that 400-500m section burned me on this race.

Solid workout - didn't feel the greatest going into it but kept the pace rolling each time and committed to making each steady continuously faster.

Really solid run, legs felt bouncy and explosive the whole time - quads were tight for some reason...not sure why, but did not affect the run.
