A) Hang Cleans 4x4 (135lbs) + Box Jumps 4x3
B) Back-Hypers 3x8 (50lbs DBs) + Chin-ups 3x6

Great workout -- really felt solid on the starts. Every start was loud and violent and I was finishing way further than I usually do so I know I was moving! Solid day.

Weights felt sluggish -- cleans were rusty from missing out last week...felt really easy still but awkward.
