6 mins jog. 30, 1, 1:30, 2, 2:30, 3, 3, 2:30, 2, 1:30, 1, 30. 1 min jog recov inbetween. 8:30ish jog After a frustrating and slow start trying to find my way to the quayside I eventually found the path and had a good run! :)

Done on town moor then more of the parks round there (which i discovered from running up the 2 town moor hills!)
So nice to be back up to 90mins, and on such a lovely clear and crisp day aswell, altho i'm gonna have to start wearing my running gloves..!
