Newcastle Parkrun. 18th (first female) in 18:11, 81.39% (4th by percentage ranking)
So relieved to be quicker than 3 weeks ago, 13secs to be exact! I felt good on the run and there was a few people that I felt I was able to work off well. Would like to get down below 18mins, but I reckon this amount of improvement in just 3 wks is good - obv going in the right direction :-)

Enjoyed it (altho legs and jaw felt pretty dead on them last 100s!) :-) excited to get my track pass aswell!
